Education

Andy studied Philosophy as an undergraduate student at St. Mary's University (San Antonio) and as a graduate student at the Center for Thomistic Studies at the University of St. Thomas (Houston). He also studied legal philosophy at Loyola University's School of Law (New Orleans), where he earned his Juris Doctor.

These days, he is exploring the same issues as a post-graduate research student at Trinity College Dublin. He is working on his doctorate (Ph.D.) through the Irish School of Ecumenics, a multi-disciplinary, cross-border institute in Trinity College Dublin with campuses in Dublin and Belfast. Trinity College Dublin was founded in 1592 and is Ireland’s oldest University. In the 2008 World University Rankings (Times Higher Education Supplement), Trinity was ranked in the top 50 in the world and in the top 20 in Europe. Our Faculty, Arts and Humanities, was ranked in the top 10 in Europe.
