Associate Dean of Students
1997 - 2001

Responsibilities:

Associate Dean of Students
Student Life Office
St. Mary's University
1997 - 2001

Reporting to the Dean, my primary role was being the Senior Judicial Officer of the judicial affairs system for St. Mary’s 4,200 undergraduate, graduate, and law students.  I conducted over 1,000 formal and informal hearings through the student judicial affairs system.

At the direction of the Dean, I also led the effort that created the University’s first student grievance policy.  I assisted the university's students with disabilities (ADA issues), advised our student organizations and fraternities, and served as a Designated School Official (DSO).

I also had a number of other duties:
    ● Financial Aid Appeals Committee
    ● Advisor to the Inter-Fraternity Council
    ● University Budget Committee
    ● Human Resources Advisory Committee
