My Studies:

Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.)

Master of Arts (M.A.)

Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)

Diploma
- Ratio Studiorum

I graduated from Strake Jesuit College Preparatory in 1981; Strake is the Jesuit high school in Houston, Texas, and the Jesuit reputation for academic excellence is well earned. I began my college career that fall semester at St. Mary’s University, and this marked my initiation into the Marianist Family. From that time forward, my life has been transformed by the Catholic and Marianist character of my undergraduate education. In 1986, I earned my bachelor of arts degree from St. Mary’s University, which prepared me for the rigors of graduate study in philosophy at the University of St. Thomas and law school back with the Jesuits at Loyola University.
