Memorable Professors
With his students, the Rev. Conrad Kaczkowski, S.M. was the long-time Chair of the Philosophy Department and the Director of the London Study Abroad Program. His class on "Social Philosophy" is legendary at St. Mary's, and today he continues to do what loves: teach students.
St. Mary's University was founded by and is operated by the Society of Mary, a religious teaching order within the Roman Catholic Church. They have sponsored the school since its founding in 1852, and have shaped it core mission and institutional culture as a ministry of the Society.
